Feast 2026 Culminates in Prayer, Healing and Worship in the Land of the Bible

The final days of the ICEJ Feast of Tabernacles 2026 have brought pilgrims into some of the deepest moments and strongest expressions of worship and prayer of this year’s gathering, from powerful worship led by SOLU in Jerusalem to Communion at the Garden Tomb and a healing service at the Jordan River.
Tuesday was marked by prayer, continuing one of the strongest spiritual emphases of this year’s Feast.

Pilgrims from the nations gathered together to intercede for Israel, the Church and the nations before renowned prayer leader and reverend Dr. Suzette Hattingh led a special afternoon Prayer School.
Dr. Hattingh said: “We ask that you pray for our leaders, and that you raise up righteous leaders in the nations.”
Standing with Israel in Practical Ways
At the same time as prayers were rising in Jerusalem, two buses filled with Feast delegates travelled into Judea and Samaria, visiting Jewish communities targeted by sanctions from European nations. After visiting biblical sites and museums, the delegates shopped for local goods from vendors and businesses.

This strong expression of practical support was warmly received by the communities. It also drew significant attention from Israeli and international media.
Back in Jerusalem, Israeli worship ministry SOLU led the gathering into worship during the evening meeting. Hundreds of young believers from Israel joined delegates from the nations in a packed hall as the joyful music seemed to shake the very ground beneath our feet.

This meaningful expression of fellowship between the Body of Yeshua in the Land and believers from the nations, in the midst of joyous worship, was a pivotal and defining moment of the Feast week.

Shilo Ben-Hod, leader of SOLU, encouraged the participants: “So when you come to Jerusalem, we will celebrate together, not just the nations, not just Israel, but together as one.”
A Day of Healing
The final full day of Feast activities on Wednesday brought pilgrims to places deeply connected with the biblical story.
In the morning, Feast pilgrims gathered at the Garden Tomb in Jerusalem for Communion, remembering the death and resurrection of Jesus in the city where the Gospel story reached its great turning point.

The service brought Jewish and Arab followers of Jesus together, with Messianic Pastor Ariel Blumenthal and Arab Pastor Saleem Shalash participating as the nations shared Communion in Jerusalem. It was a fitting expression of the unity which the Feast seeks to embody: believers from Israel and the nations gathered around the same table in the heart of Jerusalem.

Sergey Shidlovskiy shared a message on how lavish love poured out on God is never in vain, drawing from the passage in Matthew where a woman pours precious oil on Jesus.

Later on Wednesday, the Feast pilgrims travelled down towards the Jordan River for a special service at Qasr al-Yahud, traditionally associated with the place where Jesus was baptised by John.

On the banks of the Jordan River, Dr. Suzette Hattingh ministered to hundreds of people seeking healing and a fresh touch of the Spirit. It was a deeply personal conclusion to a week in which the biblical message of the Feast had moved beyond words on a page.

As Feast 2026 draws to a close, pilgrims will return to their nations carrying memories of far more than a conference.
Looking Back on an Eventful Week
They have celebrated the Feast in Jerusalem. They have stood publicly with Israel. They have worshipped with Jewish and Arab believers. They have prayed for the nations. And they have joined Christians from around the world in answering the ancient biblical call to come up to Jerusalem and celebrate the Feast.
ICEJ President Dr. Jürgen Bühler summed up the Feast: “Despite negative news and having to overcome financial obstacles, Christians from 70 nations came in solidarity with the people of Israel. The highlight was for sure the worship night with the Messianic body and Gentiles from the nations coming together in an historic gathering. It was a watershed moment. And it all culminated in a healing service by the Jordan River.”
From the Judean Desert to Jerusalem, from the Jerusalem March to the Garden Tomb, Feast 2026 has demonstrated that the Lord has roared from Zion.
