Als Voluntär beim Laubhüttenfest

As a worker at the Feast of Tabernacles, you must:

• be at least 18 years of age
• have a full personal commitment to Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord
• realize that this is a ministry unto the Lord, and as such, be willing to accept the spiritual cover and practical leadership of the International Christian Embassy and its designated Feast leaders during the season of your service.

• pay your own way to and from Jerusalem
• pay the required fee to help defray the costs of your accommodation while in Jerusalem (see schedule of fees below)
• accept responsibility for your own personal expenses during your stay, including transportation to and from the airport
• arrange travel/medical insurance coverage for your time in Israel, prior to your coming. 
  Please Note: WITHOUT PROOF OF ADEQUATE INSURANCE COVERAGE WHILE IN ISRAEL, YOU CANNOT PARTICIPATE AS A FEAST TEAM MEMBER.             

As a Local Worker without Embassy accommodations:

• be prepared to contribute US$50 towards the cost of your meals and be responsible for any transportation expenses you may incur

• to be in Jerusalem at the date of commitment, and to fulfill all duties required by your position for the duration of the Feast; to remain until the last event of the Feast has taken place
• to understand that you have come to minister, and not to be ministered to; and to accept that it is not possible to attend Feast activities as a regular pilgrim
• to vacate your lodging on the designated date, unless otherwise agreed to by the Housing Department

• make arrangements for your accommodation for the duration of your service with us for the Feast (Further housing details will be sent with your acceptance packet)
• provide your main meal each day, either at the Embassy itself, at the International Conference Centre Jerusalem, or at your place of accommodation
• please know also that all those who come to serve at the Feast are continually upheld in prayer, by the staff members at the Embassy and the Feast administration team, as well as by our members in countries all around the world. We deeply appreciate the sacrifice of love you are making.

If you are accepted on the Feast Short-term ministry team, you will be mailed an acceptance letter along with forms (travel schedule, medical insurance, etc) that must be filled in and returned to the ICEJ.
