The book of Joel describes the last days through three major events which will take place in the Church, in Israel, and in the Nations. Firstly, the prophet Joel saw that before the "great and terrible day of the Lord," God would pour out His Spirit upon all flesh. It would be a final sweep of revival when "all who call on the name of the Lord will be saved." The last 100 years has indeed seen this being fulfilled in a powerful way. God's Spirit has been and still is moving mightily around the world.

The Jews control the world!” At that point, our conversation was over, even though there were plenty of ways to refute his crude theory. ICEJ gift expands special home for Holocaust survivors

In December, the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem was given a special opportunity to help expand a community home for dozens of Holocaust survivors in Haifa. Our German branch was able to quickly respond with a donation of $25,000 to allow the charitable group “Yad Ezer L’Haver” (Helping Hands to Friends) to take possession of the ground floor of a building next door to their current respite home. After renovations are completed in March...

In his first year as chairman of the Jewish Agency, Natan Sharansky presided over the biggest increase in aliyah in 10 years, as over 16,000 Jews moved to Israel in 2009, a 17 percent increase over the previous year. The International Christian Embassy Jerusalem was encouraged by this news, and continues to assist Jews coming home to Israel from all corners of the globe.

The war between Israel and the Hamas terror militia in Gaza ended in January one year ago, but for the students at the ORT Amit technical high school in Ashkelon, it wasn’t long before it started back up again. An advanced Grad rocket landed in the school’s courtyard a few weeks later, sending shrapnel in all directions and severely damaging the building.
