• Fast money- Micorfy adapts itself to this need by working only with employed refugees.
• Safety- The Microfy volunteer's involvement in their lives provides the refugees with a safe environment.
• Education and life skills- Part of Microfy's process is the provision of language lessons, business courses and workshops to enhance their existing skills.
• An understanding of their new environment- Microfy assists the refugees in skills necessary in the process of adapting to Western culture (From the basic of how to manage themselves in a hospital, to time management)
• Confidence building for Future- Microfy builds their confidence by equipping them with skills which will be an integral part to their life's in the future whether they return to their homes or are resettled somewhere else.
