The ICEJ is represented nationally through its branch network in some 60 nations of the world. These branches have contacts with church leaders and movements in their nations.

Branch offices of the ICEJ hold diverse activities including the organising of conferences, church services, teaching seminars, pro-Israel rallies and events against anti-Semitism.
